· Introduced new prepress supplier to a regional business adding on site support, reducing cycle time 50%, and lowering costs 30%.
· Reinvented quality measurement approach from % returns to an incident base approach improving defect free deliveries more than 2x.
· Developed and maintained a business and contract management process with key suppliers setting technical, performance and financial goals and tracking performance. Supplier operating rates close to doubled, downtime was cut in half, waste levels reduced, capacity utillization increased, and quality levels improved.
